Your participation in the Gilford PTA 2026 Color Run helps fuel unity among our schools and supports our district theme of "Stronger Together" 🏃♀️🎨
Your support helps fund real needs at our schools, like updating playground equipment, classroom safety locks, family fun nights, and summer camp scholarships.

Will the Color Run be Cancelled due to Weather?
This is a Rain or Shine event. In the case of severe weather, we will post a cancellation at 9am on our Website, Socials, and Gilford Community Page.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty - Especially Shoes! While the color is washable, it is an art form and messy and fun!
What should I bring?
Bring some wet-wipes and a few towels to put on the seats of your car for the drive home! There are no changing facilities.
Where should I park?
Parking at the Village Fields is for ADA, Volunteers, Sponsors, and first-come, first-serve basis. Overflow parking is available at GES/GMS/GHS.
Where do I go when I get there?
Gilford Village Fields Bandstand. There will be a check-in table and a separate table to pick up your shirt/sunglasses/color.
I am a Volunteer. Where do I go? What time?
All volunteers should meet at the Gilford Village Fields Bandstand at 12 noon, unless informed otherwise. Thank you for Volunteering!
Can I register same-day, at the event?
Yes! Pricing will change slightly. Advanced registration is $25 (individual)/ $40 (family)/ $80 (team) Pricing will change around 9:00pm on Saturday, October 17th, to $30 (individual)/ $50 (family)/ $100 (team)
Can I purchase extra color?
Yes! We will have a Color Run "Store" with same-day registration, donation option, 1 color packet for $4, and 3 color packets for $10!
What payment options will you have?
Cash and QR codes to pay electronically with a Credit Card or Apple Pay!
How long is this event?
There is a 1-mile and 3-mile course, starting at 1:00pm, with music and donuts after. You are welcome to leave at any point after you are done your run, but we want to give everyone enough time to enjoy their fun run and the fun time together after too! Thank you for joining us!
I can't come anymore... can I get reimbursed?
We will miss you! Thank you for your donation! If you are need of a reimbursement, please email PTA.
